How we coordinate visitsOur team provides an individual quotation stating the itinerary, inclusions, price basis, payment schedule, and cancellation conditions. An enquiry does not reserve a place. A booking is confirmed only after availability and the agreed confirmation requirements have been checked by Qafila.
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the quoted travel arrangements and supplier terms. Request the written conditions with your quotation and review them before making a payment.
